Advanced Practice Provider
Job Description Our busy pulmonary and sleep practice is looking to hire an advanced practice provider to work in the ambulatory clinic at our Plaza location primarily treating sleep disorders Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts.There is no hospital component, no call, no weekend, and no holiday commitment at this time.Accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data identifies appropriate expected outcomes development and implement plan of care provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients enhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system uses
