• Experience Ambulatory outpatient Registered Nurse to support outpatient practice located in Pompton Plains.
• Two neurology providers - job includes Triage, medication reconciliation, prior atheization's, and any additional ambulatory nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Accountabilities:

• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Candidate must have the ability to work in a highly specialized area with a focus on patient safety and efficiency.
