Job DescriptionProvides safe, effective, timely and efficient patient care to assigned patient under supervision of licensed nurse. This includes:Obtains report from the assigned Nurse regarding the specific care needs of the patient.Obtains vital signs as assigned during the shift and documents on the Patient Care Flow recordDocuments observation & monitoring of the patient on the Restraint/Close Observation Flow Sheet, (3-802) every 15 minutes and other monitoring (i.e.: range of motion, toileting, meals, fluids, vital signs) at the indicated frequency. Immediately notifies assigned nursing staff of changes requiring intervention.Ensures comfort and safety of assigned patient
