Positively influence nursing sensitive indicators (NSIs) and patient outcomes by engaging multidisciplinary teams through shared governance. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement integrated (people and technology systems) workflows that meet practice standards, rules and requirements, and the values and needs of stakeholders. Provide training and quality assurance feedback to support clinical utility of NSIs to drive timely care coordination and effective clinical decision-making. Ensure alignment with activities to nursing model of care and professional practice model.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  * *Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required*.* Master's Degree (MSN) Preferred.* Lean Certification Preferred.* Certification in Quality and Safety (CPHA) Preferred. * 3 years of progressive related experience in clinical/nursing quality operations *required.** Ability to manage ambiguity with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exercise influence in a complex, multi-institutional, highly matrixed organization.* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust, a reputation for high integrity.* Knowledge and optimal use of Electronic Medical Record system, to support operational, clinical and research activities.* Demonstrated success in improving the overall quality of services in the inpatient and ambulatory setting.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
