Provides leadership and oversight of clinical applications and supporting staff. Serves as a primary resource for clinical application, including quality assurance, EMR implementation, and post-implementation support. Manages, evaluates, plans, and organizes all efforts related to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the EMR and clinical applications. Demonstrates expert level knowledge of EMR and clinical applications, capabilities, functions, configuration, end user equipment, workflows, and clinical processes. Supervises efforts to improve and adapt workflows and processes that adhere to the EMR model system and align with current best practice standards. Oversees analysts responsible for supporting clin
