Adaugeo Healthcare is a growing health care management company that provides services to its subsidiary companies throughout the Pacific Northwest. Adaugeo, and its family of companies, is seeking an experienced professional to serve as facilitator, technical advisor, and analyst to our management and teams on the use of process improvement tools and techniques, analytical techniques, and statistical applications for our surgery centers. This is a newly created position in response to Adaugeo’s exciting growth.
Surgery center operational assessment and analyses
Work towards great efficiency, cost improvements, and effectiveness in OR operations
Facilitate groups and teams; managing projects
Research and implement best practices and clinical improvements in surgery centers
Assess clinical and financial opportunities in the management and administration of endoscopy suites and operating rooms.
Assess skill mix opportunities, scheduling, nurse usage, staffing and on-call staffing for all ambulatory surgical centers.
Utilization initiatives Supply chain optimization
Identify product and vendor selection opportunities
Maintain OR Dashboard data.
Assist in the establishment of operational work measurements and staffing standard
Perform monitoring of throughput metrics and analysis of variances.
Perform data mining and review of financial and clinical data to assess ASC performance for operational and financial opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years directly related process improvement work experience, including experience in the health care industry
Project management experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
