In partnership with the Medical Director and the Outpatient Director, the Practice Site Manager is responsible for the practice management, operations and coordination of the day-to-day business activities for high volume, multi-specialty and/or multi-disciplinary site(s). The Practice Site Manager is responsible for the interviewing, hiring, supervision, discipline and staff development as well as the monitoring of budget, developing policies and procedures, both new employee orientation and ongoing education of staff , and management of quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost efficiency and the patient experience on an on-going basis.
An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field required and a minimum of 5 years of ambulatory practice site management or progressive business related leadership, supervisory, or management experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of ambulatory practice site management or progressive business related leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Healthcare leadership experience is preferred.
