The Clinical Services Therapist provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Two Rivers Hospital and the NASW. The Clinical Services Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
