Since 1969, Lakeside has been the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in the Memphis and Mid-South region. Key Responsibilities include:
The Trainer is responsible for the Handle with Care trainings and refresher trainings for management and front line employees. The Trainer works under the direction of the Staff Development Director to implement training programs that ensure nursing employees will create a therapeutic and well-managed milieu. The Trainer also leads Handle with Care training initiatives, keeps track of staff training delinquencies, compiles training packets, and on occasion responds to nursing units in crisis to ensure patient and staff safety.
