JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for effectively and efficiently performing all related activities for the sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing of internal and external candidates. Pre-screens and schedule interviews for job applicants; arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. Manages hiring process for new employees and utilizes his or her own discretion and independent judgement when making hiring decisions. Coordinates with the HRD on salary and hourly wages for all prospective applicants. Conduct follow up interviews with new hires to ensure proper onboarding. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Establishes recruiting requirements meeting with managers to discuss needs.Performs other duties as assigned. ::
